Hello, I am an experienced licensed massage therapist.

I provide massage therapy services in my home in Salem, Utah.

~ Graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT).

~ Over 5,000 hours of classroom and hands-on experience for over 20 years.

~ Specializing in Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Hot Stone massage.

~My clients range from the student to the retired; desk-job worker to athlete.

My mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. I am attentive to the needs of each individual client. I enjoy, and see the benefits of, using several modalities together to bring my clients the most rejuvenating and relaxing therapeutic massage. I am a firm believer in the inseperable connection between body and mind. I strongly believe massage to be a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
